Inspired by a locally sourced double wedding ring cutter quilt, I repurposed the quilt into a coat, giving the heirloom a new life. The style is oversized and features butter yellow added bias tape binding, as well as snaps for easy wear. This piece was awarded Grand Champion in Clothing and Textiles for the Fayette County 4H fair in 2022, and was presented with the Inspire award by 4H at the Illinois State Fair.
